Mindful moments is a community based group, where your child will feel safe and listened to. We will address emotions and healthy coping mechanisms to handle them. We will learn about emotions in a fun way through journaling, dancing, craft making, yoga and student led discussions. This group will support your child in giving them permission to feel.
